Sunday The Label strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

The products to be returned must be unused, in resellable condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate the return process, you must first send a return request email to info@sundaythelabel.store. Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with detailed information and the necessary steps for the return process.

Refund Policy

Once the returned products reach us, they will be inspected to ensure they meet the return conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation and will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping and delivery fees will not be refunded unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, in which case a full refund, including shipping fees, will be provided.

Exchanges
