Distance Selling Agreement

1. PARTIES

This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") is signed by Favorim Gıda A.Ş., the owner of the website https://sundaythelabel.store/ . It was concluded electronically between (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and the buyer whose information is given below ("Buyer").

Receiver informations:
Buyer is the person who becomes a member of the website https://sundaythelabel.store/ or places an order. The address and contact information used when becoming a member or placing an order are taken as basis.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose qualities and sales prices are specified below, which the Buyer ordered electronically from the Seller's website https://sundaythelabel.store/ .

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

- Product Name: The product(s) specified during the order
- Product Code: Product code specified during ordering
- Quantity: The quantity specified at the time of order
- Unit Price: Unit price specified at the time of order
- Subtotal: Subtotal specified at the time of order

4. DELIVERY TERMS

4.1. The product will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer via the cargo company.
4.2. Delivery time is 3-7 business days from order confirmation.
4.3. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and are added to the order amount.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods to himself or to the third party at the address indicated, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified by fax, telephone or e-mail within this period.

6. RETURN CONDITIONS

6.1. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller completely and undamaged.
6.2. The product price is refunded to the Buyer within 10 days after the product is returned.

7. WARRANTY

7.1. The seller guarantees that the products sold are not defective.
7.2. In case of defective goods, the Buyer may request replacement of the goods, refund of the price, or a price reduction in proportion to the defect.

8. PRIVACY

8.1. Personal information provided by the Buyer within the scope of this Agreement will be kept confidential by the Seller and will not be shared with third parties.
8.2. This information will be used only for order fulfillment and as required by legislation.

9. ENFORCEMENT

This Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is electronically approved by the Buyer.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In any dispute arising from this Agreement, Turkish Law will be applied and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes.
